RRCT Co., Ltd. ("the Company") provides drone registration services with Thailand's NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission) and CAAT (Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand), together with drone insurance arrangement.

2. Personal Data We Collect

To register your drone and arrange insurance as required by law, we must collect:

3. Legal Bases for Processing

• Contractual necessity: to perform the registration and insurance service you requested.
• Legal obligation: the Radio Communication Act and Civil Aviation Act require identity documents to be filed.
• Consent: for advertising and analytics cookies (withdrawable at any time).

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We share only the data necessary with:

• Government authorities: NBTC and CAAT, to issue your permits.
• Insurance providers: to issue third-party liability and hull policies.
• Service providers: Netlify (website hosting) and Google (advertising measurement), acting on our instructions.

We do not sell, trade or disclose your personal data for third-party marketing.

5. Retention Period

Registration documents are kept for as long as the permit remains valid and as required for business records. Analytics cookies are retained no longer than 14 months; your cookie-consent choice is stored for 6 months.

6. Your Data Subject Rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase data where it is no longer necessary
• Restrict processing temporarily
• Object to processing in certain circumstances
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
• Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

Store your language preference and cookie-consent choice. These cannot be disabled.

7.2 Advertising measurement cookies

This site uses the Google tag (Google Ads, ID: AW-18463393084) to measure advertising performance, such as clicks on the LINE contact button, so we know which advertising is genuinely useful.

For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent defaults to denied and a consent banner is shown first; data is transmitted only if you accept.

7.3 Managing cookies

All connections use TLS/HTTPS encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it, and document copies are stored in access-controlled systems.
