Corporate & Business Drone Registration Thailand 2026: Documents & Rules

Private companies, media organizations, film studios, construction contractors, and real estate survey firms in Thailand that own and operate drones for commercial purposes must register the drone under a corporate name, which involves documents and legal procedures that differ from registration under an individual's name.Corporate / Juristic Person

1. Documents required to register a drone in a company's name

• Company Certificate: Certified copy not older than 3 months, signed by an authorized director and stamped with the company seal.
• VAT Certificate (ภ.พ.20 / ภ.พ.09): ภพ.20, the company's VAT registration certificate
• Copy of the ID card of the authorized signing director: With a power of attorney (if any)
• Company Designated Pilot Authorization Letter: Name the company pilot who will fly the drone, along with a copy of the pilot's ID card.
• Receipt / tax invoice for the drone purchased under the company name: Together with the serial numbers of the drone and remote controller

2. Drone Insurance for Legal Entities
